The design, implementation and maintenance of a scheduling system capable of tracking all AJE – Program Operations Directorate programs individually and as a whole in a consolidated file showing the “big picture” and the interdependencies between products and activities.  Also, in charge of the implementation and maintenance of Primavera Enterprise Solutions with the goal of centralizing the scheduling database of the PMO, ARTCC’s and WJHTC for the FAA’s AJE – Planning Directorate.

Senior Planner/Scheduler for FAA’s ATO-E “En Route” Program.  Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of a scheduling system capable of tracking all “En Route” programs individually and as a whole in a consolidated file.  The consolidated file generated scheduling artifacts such as a “30 Day Look Ahead”, “Monthly Variance”, “What If Scenarios” and “Possible Conflict Reports”. 

Also, responsible for monitoring contractor’s (Lockheed Martin) schedules, monthly NLS and reports.

AAR-510 branch of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Aviation Security Research & Development Division: William J. Hughes Technical Center, Atlantic City International Airport, NJ.

Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of a system capable of consolidating all AAR-510 Branch project schedules into one master file using the existing Microsoft Project 2000 scheduling available to all Project Managers and other members of the team.  The system architecture was designed using the capabilities of Microsoft Project 2000, LAN shared drive and a two-way exchange of information between the independent project schedules and the branch consolidated schedule.  The consolidated schedule was used for the generation of different level reports and charts to help upper management with their decisions.

Complete program planning and scheduling responsibility for the CTAS Program.  In charge of the CTAS Integrated Schedule (CIS) and the coordination of all planning and scheduling events of the CTAS Program.  Stationed at the FFP offices and worked directly with the CTAS Program Manager and other members of the Program Office.  Lead a team of two Senior Planners, a Senior and a Mid-level Financial Analyst supporting various programs and departments of the Free Flight Program Office. Monitored contractors, (Logicon, CA and CSC), schedules, monthly reports and progress.
